報告基因質粒-GFP

產品簡介

報告基因 (reporter gene) 是一種編碼易被檢測的蛋白質或酶的基因，其與目的基因融合后的表達產物可用來標定目的基因的表達調控。通常，報告基因與表達載體中的啟動子序列連接，轉移到細胞后，通過直接測定報告基因mRNA、報告蛋白本身或報告蛋白的酶活性來檢測報告基因是否在細胞中表達。

報告基因系統提供了一個快速、靈敏和定量的檢測方法。吉滿生物自主研發的以哺乳動物真核載體為基礎的報告基因載體，在其多克隆位點插入包括信號通路中的轉錄因子調控的多個結合位點、螢火蟲熒光素酶 (Firefly Luciferase) 或海腎熒光素酶 (Renila Luciferase) 等元件，可用于檢測轉錄因子的轉錄活性評估、藥物研究以及基因功能分析等。

針對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性；
